“How Much Do You Charge?”
This
is often the first question I hear from home buyers. I think the most important
question to ask the inspector is about their experience, qualifications and how
I can help you during and after the inspection should be the most important
first questions to ask. The home inspection is not “one size does not fit all,
the size, age and complexity of homes varies. The cost for a complete home
inspection is determined by several factors such as the square footage, extra
components and the length of time the inspector takes to review the property
which can be from 3 to 5 hours for residential and 4 to 6 hours for multiple
family, and 1 to 2 days for motel/hotel, apartment or commercial. It is
important to remember that the cost of your home inspection should not be the
one and only factor to consider when choosing an inspection company.
Every inspection
report receives the free 115 page book “Now that you’ve had a Home inspection”
which is a publication providing accurate and useful information for the
maintenance and upkeep of your home.

Pre inspection requirements
1. All utilities must be turned on for the inspection.
2. All area's of the home must be fully accessible.
3. All pets must be contained.
4. Fees are based on a single visit and due at the time
of inspection or otherwise arranged.
Payment of
inspection fees are due and payable by cash or cheque upon completion of the
inspection. The fees that are listed herein are subject to change without
further notice and may vary slightly depending on age and location. Please call

After
the report is completed it will be E-mailed immediately that same day in the
evening or in some cases the next day. Reports are delivered to the client
within 24 hours of completion. A hard copy of the report will be mailed to you
with other important and helpful information
