Investor Walkthrough Consultation
For savvy property investors who don't need or want a "full" home inspection,
and are just looking for a second opinion on what may need to be replaced or
repaired, to bring the property to a saleable condition, I offer a low cost
“Investor Walkthrough Consultation”. This event does not provide a binding
contract, nor any written report, nor any documentation or photos. The Investor
Walkthrough is not an inspection, and nothing will be tested during the
walkthrough. The consultation is basically an opportunity to walk through a
potential investment property along with the inspector who will give verbal
assessments of the homes major components (ie: roof, structure, HVAC, electrical
and plumbing). The Investor is encouraged to take notes and ask any questions
they may have about what they may see during the walkthrough. I can provide
contractor business referrals as needed for any systems and components being
viewed. Please understand that this does not constitute a
full home inspection nor is it meant to take the place of one
and does not comply with any industry organizations standards of practice.
